Our well-known monovarieties, rich in aromas from our Mediterranean are elaborated with the best vines of ous plantations from all over Tarragona land, a region specially favourable to the cultivation of noble varieties.

A sumptuous white wine elaborated with our rich Mediterranean vines of Chardonnay, of great character and personality. The latter comes from its fermentation and ageing in French, American, Hungarian, Russian, Rumanian, Slovakian and German oak barrels and posterior and adequate batonnage.
The process of fermentation and the time our Chardonnay has spent in barrels conveys the crystalline, shining and slightly golden yellow colour.
With its very exuberant and complex aroma, this noble and elegant wine gives us numerous sensations. It has a high variety aroma of banana enhanced with the many aromas given by the different oaks in which it has been aged. Complex and elegant spicy aromas of c
oconut and vanilla with some original citric touches and slight milky sensations.
It has a magnificent bouquet and a perfect equilibrium between a cidity, sweetness and complexity. When in mouth, we can discern the sincerity of this magnificent wine, since it delivers the spicy and fruity aromas already detected in nose, but with greater intensity in mouth and leading to a fascinating and long aftertaste.
Perfect with baked or grilled fish, even smoked, with white meat, light first courses and condimented dishes with smooth creams.

Our Chardonnay vines are cultivated in lattice work (trellis) and their pruning obeys to the double cordon royat system.
After having achieved the strictest ripening controls, our Chardonnay was harvested in its optimum ripening state, by beginning September.
The fermentation in American, French, Hungarian, Russian, Slovakian, German and Rumanian oak barrels is made during 24 days at a controlled temperature between 14 and 16·C, transferring to our Chardonnay an inimitable personality. It is afterwards briefly aged and receives its adequate batonnage, enabling all aromas to be developped. Therefore these aromas get assembled and transform the wine into an extraordinary produce.
